PetalDesk may use addresses and map-related information to support delivery routing and delivery management. If precise device location is used in the future, users will be asked for permission where required.

PetalDesk does not sell personal information.

Customer, recipient, and delivery information is visible only to authorized users who need it to manage orders, production, delivery, or support.

These services may process limited information as necessary to provide their services. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies and service terms.

PetalDesk keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support operational history.

Business administrators may request deletion of certain account or business data, subject to legal, operational, and recordkeeping requirements.

PetalDesk uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information handled by the app.

Users may:

Some information may need to be retained for legal, operational, security, or business recordkeeping purposes.

PetalDesk accounts are generally created and managed by business administrators. Users who need account access removed, account information corrected, or account-related data deleted may contact their business administrator or contact PetalDesk at admin@petaldesk.com.

Business administrators may request deletion of certain account, user, or business data by contacting admin@petaldesk.com.

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, business records, order history, delivery records, or operational requirements.

PetalDesk is intended for business use and is not directed to children. The app is not intended for users under 13 years old.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the updated policy will be posted with a new effective date.
